摘　　要：中国石化以坚实的产业链为基础,厚植物资采购管理优势,全力推进基于互联网的供应链管理创新。2019年以来,中国石化易派客工业品电商平台携手广大关联方,以采购标准化、制造数字化、物流透明化、信息互联化为核心,全面开展具有新时代特征的供应链阳光行动,共同打造数字化、镜像化的阳光供应链,取得了较好的经济效果和社会效果。文章总结了供应链阳光行动的开展背景、核心内容以及取得的成效,以期形成可复制、可推广的服务模式和经验。Based on a robust industry chain,Sinopec has accumulated much advantage in procurement management,boosting an Internet-based innovation in supply chain management.In 2019,EPEC.com,Sinopec s e-commerce platform for industrial products,initiated the Supply Chain Sunshine Action in accordance with the new era.Together with a wide range of partners,EPEC has been promoting standardized procurement,digital production,transparent logistics and integrated data,having achieved considerable economic and social benefits.This paper summarizes the backgrounds,main contents and results of the Supply Chain Sunshine Action,in the purpose of offering a practical template which can be further adapted.
