摘  要:技改大修对于提升电网运行安全可靠性、延长设备使用寿命等都具有重要的作用。随着电网技改大修项目投入规模的不断扩大,加强项目全过程精益化管理已成为电网企业关注重点之一。本文系统梳理了电网技改大修项目全过程管理关键管控环节及管控内容,分析了管理存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的优化策略建议,能够指导电网企业进一步提高技改大修项目全过程管理水平。Production technical transformation and overhaul play an important role in improving the safety and reliability of grid operation and extending the service life of equipment.With the continuous expansion of the investment scale of power grid technological transformation and overhaul projects,strengthening the lean management of the entire project has become one of the focus of power grid enterprises.This paper systematically sorts out the key management and control links and content of the whole process management of power grid technical renovation and overhaul projects,analyzes the main problems in management,and proposes corresponding optimization strategy suggestions,which can guide power grid companies to further improve the management level of the whole process of technical renovation and overhaul projects.
