农村非农就业与城乡收入差距的关系研究——基于VAR模型

摘　　要：农村非农就业对城乡收入的均等化至关重要。为研究河北省农村居民非农就业与城乡收入差距的动态关系,利用时间序列数据建立VAR模型。研究发现,农村非农就业与城乡收入差距存在相互作用关系;城乡收入差距的扩大对农村非农就业提高在长时间内具有促进作用;农村非农就业降低城乡收入差距的作用在短期内有效,且先提高后降低。同时提出相关建议实现农村非农就业提高与城乡收入差距缩小的双重目标。Rural non-agricultural employment is important to the equalization of urban and rural incomes.According to relevant time series data,VAR model is established to research the dynamic relation between non-agricultural employment of rural residents and urban-rural income gap in Hebei Province.The results show that there is interaction between village non-agricultural employment and urban-rural income gap,and the widening of the income gap between urban and rural areas promotes the non-farm employment in rural areas for a long time.Moreover,the effect of rural non-agricultural employment on reducing urban-rural income gap is effective in the short term,and it increases first and then decreases.At the same time,relevant suggestions are put forward to realize the dual goals of increasing rural non-agricultural employment and narrowing the urban-rural income gap.
