摘　　要：随着汽车企业全球化的发展,供应链的作用日益突出,作为支撑汽车企业发展的支柱,供应链在为汽车发展带来便利与利益的同时,同时也隐藏着无数的风险。本文针对汽车企业供应链风险的研究,应用可拓学理论对汽车供应链风险进行识别,从战略风险、采购风险、制造风险、配送风险四个方面来考虑,构建供应链风险评价指标体系,建立可拓模型。结合三家汽车制造企业进行实例验证,从而确定三家企业所处供应链的风险等级。With the development of globalization of auto companies,the role of supply chains has become increasingly prominent.As a pillar supporting the development of auto companies,supply chains not only bring convenience and benefits to auto development,but also hide countless risks.This article focuses on the research on the supply chain risk of automobile enterprises,applies the extension theory to identify the risk of the automobile supply chain,and considering the four aspects of strategic risk,procurement risk,manufacturing risk and distribution risk,it constructs the supply chain risk evaluation index system and establishes the extension model.Combined with three automobile manufacturing enterprises,the risk level of the supply chain is determined.
