摘　　要：本文主要介绍了调车绞车在选煤厂的应用,总结了其在使用过程中存在的问题,如钢丝绳更换难、钢丝绳使用过程中润滑效果差、簸箕限位故障等,并对其进行改造,改造后取得了较好的效果,进一步保证了人员及设备的安全,减轻了职工劳动强度。This paper mainly introduces the application of shunting winches in coal preparation plants,and summarizes the problems in its use,such as the difficulty of replacing the wire rope,the poor lubrication effect during the use of the wire rope,and the dustpan limit failure.After the transformation,it has achieved better results,further ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment,and reducing the labor intensity of employees.
