摘　　要：信息产业正引领第四次科技革命,信息(ICT)产业在全球经济中的比重逐渐上升。自上世纪80年代以来,韩国政府加大了对信息产业的扶持力度,提供完善的市场环境和服务体系,加速培养信息人才,加强大财团的引领带动作用和国际合作,使韩国的信息产业得到了快速发展。中国信息产业也在经历快速发展的阶段,通过研究韩国信息产业的发展历程,有利于我国借鉴经验,提升信息产业的国际竞争力。IT industry is leading the fourth scientific and technological revolution.The proportion of information and communications technology(ICT)in global economy has gradually increased.Since the 1980s,the Korean government has increased the support for IT industry,provided a sound market environment and service system,accelerated the training of IT talents,strengthened the leading role of large consortia and international cooperation.Korea's IT industry has developed rapidly.China's IT industry is also experiencing a rapid stage of development.Studying the development of Korean IT industry is beneficial to our country and to enhance the international competitiveness of IT industry.
