摘  要:研发了一种废聚苯乙烯泡沫的资源化回收再利用方法。首先用新型复合溶剂将废聚苯乙烯泡沫消泡减容后,进行催化裂解,裂解油经过处理后分离得到自制苯乙烯,然后用自制苯乙烯合成苯丙乳液进行了实验研究,开发出一条产业化生产的最优工艺路线。经分析测试,该苯丙乳液的主要指标符合使用要求。这条生产工艺路线不仅解决废聚苯乙烯泡沫的环境污染问题,同时降低了苯丙乳液的生产原料成本,市场应用前景广阔具有实用价值。A recycling method of waste polystyrene foam has been developed in this paper. First, the new mixed solvent is used to defoam and reduce volume. After catalytic cracking, the cracked oil is separated into self-made styrene after treatment, and then styrene-acrylic emulsion was synthesized by using self-made styrene. Research was carried out to develop an optimal process route for industrial production. The main indicators of the styrene-acrylic emulsion meet the requirements after analysis and test. This production process not only solves the environmental pollution problem of the waste polystyrene foam, but also reduces the cost of raw materials for styrene-acrylic emulsion production, and it has broad market application prospects and practical value.
