摘 要:用碳电极(Carbon Electrode,CE)代替钙钛矿太阳能电池(Carbon-Based Perovskite Solar Cells,C-PSCs)的贵金属电极因其低成本和出色的稳定性而备受关注。实验室制备的C-PSC的功率转换效率已达到约20%,通过2D/3D钙钛矿界面工程实现了一年稳定的C-PSC模块。C-PSC已被证明是钙钛矿光伏领域最有前途的商业化候选产品之一。影响C-PSC稳定性的因素多种多样。本综述总结了导电基底和光吸收层对C-PSCs稳定性的影响。Using carbon electrodes(CE) to replace noble metal electrodes of carbon-based perovskite solar cells(C-PSCs) has attracted much attention because of their low cost and excellent stability. The power conversion efficiency of the C-PSC prepared in laboratory has reached about 20%, and the 2 D/3 D perovskite interfacial engineering has achieved a C-PSC module with one-year stability. C-PSC has proved to be one of the most promising commercial candidates in the perovskite photovoltaic field. Various factors affect the stability of C-PSC. This review summarizes the influence of conductive substrates and light absorption layers on the stability of C-PSCs.
