摘  要:针对南海W油田转注井堵塞问题,提出了先有机解堵,再无机解堵“段塞解堵”的解堵增注思路,研制了解堵增注液体系,并对该体系性能进行了评价。结果表明:该体系对无机堵塞物和有机堵塞物均具有较好的溶解性;腐蚀性小,在78℃×24 h对油管钢的腐蚀速度为0.9026 g/(m^2·h);配伍性好;具有较好的铁离子稳定能力和降压助排性;无酸敏性,综合解堵能力强,解堵后岩心渗透率恢复值均大于100%。现场解堵施工也表现出明显的降压增注性,视吸水指数增幅达27%以上;在同等注水压力条件(6.5 MPa)下,解堵后注水量从原始注入量1700 m^3/d提高到1868 m^3/d,恢复率高达109.88%,具有较好的解堵增注效果。Aiming at the problem of blockage of transfer injection wells in the South China Sea W Oilfield under the requirements of the state and“CNOOC”for energy conservation and emission reduction,the idea of removing the plugging organically first,then inorganic plugging,and“slug removal”was proposed.Understand the plugging-increasing injection system,and systematically evaluate the performance of the system.The results show that the system has good solubility for both inorganic and organic blockages;it is less corrosive,and it is very corrosive to tubing steel at 78℃×24 h.The corrosion rate is 0.9026 g/(m^2·h),which has good compatibility;it has good iron ion stabilization ability and depressurization and drainage assistance;no acid sensitivity,strong comprehensive plug removal ability,and core permeability after plugging removal The recovery values are all greater than 100%.The on-site plugging removal construction also showed obvious pressure reduction and injection increase,and the apparent water absorption index increased by more than 27%;under the same water injection pressure condition(6.5 MPa),the water injection volume after plugging removal was 1700 m^3/d from the original injection volume.Increased to 1868 m^3/d,the recovery rate is as high as 109.88%,and it has a good effect of removing blockage and increasing injection.It is worth promoting and applying in similar water injection wells.
