摘  要:为研究不同疏水链长的烷醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚型非离子表面活性剂性能差异,以脂肪酸、甲醇、乙醇胺和环氧乙烷为原料,通过3步反应制备了一系列具有9个环氧乙烷(EO)不同疏水链长(C14-NEO9为肉豆蔻酸单乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、C16-NEO9为棕榈酸单乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、C18-NEO9为油酸单乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚)的聚氧乙烯醚型非离子表面活性剂。经过红外、质谱验证了目标产物,测定了该系列非离子表面活性剂的浊点、临界胶束浓度(cmc)、相应的表面张力(γcmc)和胶束聚集数。结果表明,C14-NEO9、C16-NEO9的浊点大于99℃,C18-NEO9的浊点为63℃;在25℃时,C14-NEO9、C16-NEO9和C18-NEO9的cmc分别为0.093,0.082 g/L和0.081 g/L,γcmc分别为33.80,33.93 mN/m和34.30 mN/m;C14-NEO9、C16-NEO9和C18-NEO9的胶束聚集数呈依次减小的趋势。In order to study the difference in properties of alkanolamide polyoxyethylene ether nonionic surfactants with different hydrophobic chain lengths.A series of polyoxyethylene ether Nonionic surfactant with 9 ethylene oxide(EO)&different hydrophobic chain lengths(C14-NEO9 is myristic acid monoethanolamide polyoxyethylene ether,C16-NEO9 is palmitic acid monoethanolamide polyoxyethylene ether,C18-NEO9 is oleic acid monoethanolamide polyoxyethylene ether)were prepared with fatty acid,methanol,ethanolamine and ethylene oxide in three steps.The target products were characterized by FT-IR and ESI-MS.The cloud point were determined.The critical micelle concentration(cmc),the corresponding surface tension(γcmc)and micelle aggregation number of this series of nonionic surfactants were measured at 25℃.The results show that the cloud point of C14-NEO9 and C16-NEO9 are higher than 99℃,and that of C18-NEO9 is 63℃.The cmc of C14-NEO9,C16-NEO9,and C18-NEO9 at 25℃are 0.093,0.082 g/L,and 0.081 g/L,respectively,and theγcmc are 33.80,33.93 mN/m,and 34.30 mN/m,respectively.The micelle aggregation number of C14-NEO9、C16-NEO9 and C18-NEO9 decreases in sequence.
