五行音乐联合八段锦对女性养老护理员职业倦怠及抑郁情绪的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察五行音乐联合八段锦锻炼对养老护理员职业倦怠与抑郁情绪的改善效果。方法通过整群抽样将初筛的77例具有轻中度抑郁情绪的女性养老护理员随机分为对照组(38例)与试验组(39例),对照组采取五行音乐听乐干预,试验组采用五行音乐联合八段锦锻炼干预,两组养老护理员均干预3个月,通过抑郁自评量表和工作倦怠问卷评价干预效果。结果两组养老护理员干预前后比较,测量量表各维度评分均有下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后试验组评分较对照组下降更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“形神一体”观下五行音乐联合八段锦锻炼在缓解养老护理员抑郁情绪方面效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the improvement effect of the five elements of music and Baduanjin exercise on job burnout and depression of nursing staff for female seniors.Methods Through cluster sampling,77 nursing staff for female seniors with mild to moderate depression were randomly divided into the control group(38 cases)and the experiment group(39 cases).The control group was given five elements of music,while the experiment group was given five elements of music and Baduanjin training,and the intervention lasted 3 months.The intervention effects were evaluated by self-rating depression scale and occupation fatigue sense scale.Results Compared with before and after intervention,the scores of depression self-rating scale and occupation fatigue sense scale of the two groups were decreased,and there were statistical significance(P<0.05);after intervention,the score of the experiment group decreased more significantly than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the"integration of form and spirit",the combination of five elements of music and Baduanjin training can significantly alleviate the negative emotion of nursing staff for female seniors.It is worth popularizing and allying in clinic.
