摘  要:铅冷快堆中,控制液态铅铋合金(LBE)中的氧浓度常被作为预防冷却剂对于结构材料的腐蚀作用的方法。可靠的液态铅铋合金氧浓度测量装置是实现氧浓度控制的前提。以铋和三氧化二铋(Bi/Bi2O3)作为参比电极的氧传感器由于其信号准确、测温范围广等优点被广泛应用。本文在自主研制的池式液态铅铋合金固态氧控平台上对Bi/Bi2O3传感器进行了测试研究。实验结果表明,自主研制的Bi/Bi2O3氧传感器具有良好的准确性、稳定性、响应性。传感器在连续的40h内,能及时地对因温度变化引起的氧浓度变化做出响应。在300~500℃测量温度范围,传感器电动势与理论电动势值相对误差保持在±1.5%以内,传感器测得饱和氧浓度铅铋合金中氧浓度与理论值最大相对误差仅为-3.65%;在300~350℃低温区间传感器仍保持准确性,在300℃,传感器电动势相对误差在±1%内,氧浓度相对误差为0.56%;恒温阶段传感器信号波动小于2mV。In Lead-cooled fast reactor,controlling oxygen concentration in Lead-bismuth eutectic(LBE)is often used as method to prevent the corrosion effect of LBE to structural materials.Reliable oxygen concentration measurement technique in Lead-bismuth eutectic(LBE)is key to control oxygen concentration in LBE.The oxygen sensor with bismuth(Bi),bismuth trioxide(Bi2O3)as solid reference electrode is widely used because of accuracy and wide temperature measurement range.The oxygen sensor was tested on pool type experimental device for solidphase oxygen control.The results show oxygen sensor has good accuracy,stability and responsiveness.The oxygen sensor can respond to the oxygen concentration change caused by temperature change timely over 4 0 hours.In 300~500 ℃,the relative deviation between oxygen sensor electromotive force(EMF) and theoretical value remains within ± 1.5%.The maximum relative deviation of oxygen concentration is-3.6 5%;In 300~350 ℃,oxygen sensor remains good accuracy.At 300 ℃,the relative deviation of EMF remains within ±1%,the maximum relative deviation of oxygen concentration is 0.5 6%;Signal fluctuation in the test is within 2 mV.
