摘　　要：Chronic cornual ectopic pregnancy is rare.A 37-year-old woman,G1P0,presented with cornual mass,mild vaginal bleeding,and low serum human chorionic gonadotropin.Cornuostomy and cornual repair were performed by laparoscopy.With atypical symptoms,chronic cornual ectopic pregnancy is a challenge for the gynecologists to make accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
