我国统筹抗击疫情与经济发展的财政政策有效性及未来策略分析

摘　　要：2020年以来,新冠肺炎疫情、中美贸易争端、逆全球化等诸多风险不利因素交织叠加,对我国经济社会发展造成严重冲击。本文对我国抗击疫情的财政政策的及时性、针对性和有效性做出分析,总结了我国财政应对疫情和复工复产的政策效应。在此基础上,围绕后疫情时代如何继续发挥好财政政策稳定经济的关键作用,进而形成双循环新发展格局,推动经济社会全面高质量发展提出完善建议。Since 2020,many unfavorable factors such as the COVID-19,Sino-US trade disputes,and anti-globalization have been intertwined and have caused serious impacts on China economic and social development.This article analyzes the timeliness,pertinence,and effectiveness of China's fiscal policy to combat the epidemic,and summarize effects of the fiscal policy response to the epidemic and the resumption of work and production.On this basis,some suggestions are presented on how to continue the key role of fiscal policy to stabilize the economy,and then form a new dual-cycle development pattern,to promote comprehensive and high-quality economic and social development in the post-epidemic era.
