摘 要:为了解决复杂重型装备项目过程中由于交互频繁导致的效率低下、协同服务难度大等问题,提出了一种需求驱动的复杂重型装备网络协同服务模式。在该模式中,利用基于平台的项目交互过程,重新对复杂重型装备行业需求进行了定义,并分析了复杂重型装备项目中各参与方的潜在需求;为解决协同服务中存在的问题,提出了复杂重型装备行业网络协同机制。基于需求驱动和协同机制的服务模式能够及时响应新形势下快速变化的市场需求,帮助实现面向全生命周期的重型装备项目协同优化,推动重型装备行业的服务化转型升级。I n order to solve the problems of low efficiency and difficult collaborative service caused by frequent interactions in complex heavy equipment projects,demand-driven network collaborative service model of complex heavy equipment was proposed.In this model,the requirements of the complex heavy equipment industry were redefined by analyzing the platform-based project interaction process,and the potential requirements of each participant in the complex heavy equipment project were analyzed.In addition,network collaborative mechanism for complex heavy equipment industry was proposed to solve problems in collaborative services.The service model based on demand-driven and collaborative mechanism can timely respond to the rapidly changing market demand under the new situation,help realize the full life-cycle oriented collaborative optimization of heavy equipment projects,and promote the service-oriented transformation and upgrading of heavy equipment industry.
