摘　　要：针对三辊行星轧机(连续生产)的工艺要求及机械结构特点,设计了基于S7-1500和PROFINET总线控制技术的三辊行星轧机控制系统,并结合实际工程项目,介绍了基于西门子S7-1500和PROFINET现场总线的三辊行星轧机控制系统硬件组态的软件设计思路及实现,以及WINCC监控系统。系统运行结果表明:基于本文的控制系统的能够实现三辊行星轧机不停机连续轧制铜管,具有轧制流程先进,产品质量高,操作方便,高效率及可靠性高等优点。According to the process requirements and mechanical structure characteristics of three-roll planetary rolling mill(continuous production),the control system of three-roll planetary rolling mill based on S7-1500 and PROFINET bus is designed.Combined with the actual engineering projects,the software design and realization of hardware configuration for three-roll planetary rolling mill control system based on Siemens S7-1500 and PROFINET field bus,as well as WINCC monitoring system are introduced.The operation results of the system show that the control system can realize the continuous rolling of copper tubes in the three-roll planetary rolling mill,and has the advantages of advanced rolling process,high product quality,convenient operation,high efficiency and high reliability.
