摘  要:广泛应用于板带材剪切生产线的双偏心套式圆盘剪具有上、下两个对称的偏心套,由于上、下偏心套通常采用划线定位法进行加工装配,导致其偏心量不一致,相位安装不对称。本文分析了偏心套相位不准确引起的重叠量精度误差及传统加工、装配工艺,开发了一种新的偏心套定位工艺,新工艺采用坐标镗床加工机架内孔,通过定位定向销孔保证机架上、下偏心套偏心量与相位完全一致,重叠量精度可达到±0.03 mm,解决了传统圆盘剪偏心套相位定位引起的重叠量精度误差问题。The double eccentric sleeve edge trimmer is widely used in the plate and strip trimming production line,it has two symmetrical upper and lower eccentric sleeves.Because the upper and lower eccentric sleeves are usually processed and assembled by marking method,the eccentricity is inconsistent and the phase installation is asymmetrical.This article analyzes the overlap accuracy error caused by inaccurate eccentric sleeve phase and the traditional machining-assembling technology,and develops a new eccentric sleeve positioning technology.The new technology processes the inner hole in frame by coordinate boring machine,and the positioning pin hole is used to ensure that the eccentricity of the upper and lower eccentric sleeve in frame is consistent with the phase,and the overlap accuracy can reach±0.03 mm,which solves the problem of the accuracy of the overlap caused by the phase positioning of the traditional disc shear eccentric sleeve.
