摘　　要：为了实现工业领域的安全生产和高效运维,优化工业运营与决策,工业设备的远程故障诊断是当下的发展趋势。通过搭建RH真空精炼机械真空泵远程故障诊断平台,建立流程数据采集分析系统和运行保障专家系统,能够实现机械真空泵设备的远程监控运维以及故障分析,达到减少真空系统故障率、降低设备维护成本、提高设备生产效率的效果。To achieve safe production and efficient operation and maintenance in the industrial field,and optimize industrial operations and decision-making,remote fault diagnosis of industrial equipment is the current development trend.By building a remote fault diagnosis platform for RH refining mechanical vacuum pumps,establishing a process data acquisition and analysis system and an operation guarantee expert system,remote monitoring,operation and maintenance of mechanical vacuum pump equipment and fault analysis can be realized.The system can finally achieve the effect of reducing the failure rate of the vacuum system,reducing equipment maintenance costs,and improving equipment production efficiency.
