摘 要:异步轧制是上下工作辊表面线速度不同的一种轧制方式,与同步轧制相比异步轧制在变形区产生较高的剪切力,促进变形向心部传递,从而提高厚度方向变形均匀性和组织性能的均匀性。在轧机的设计和工艺参数的制定过程中需要准确的轧制力能参数模型,因此,需建立异步轧制力能参数模型。本文采用能量法建立了同径异速异步轧制轧制力和轧制力矩的解析模型,并采用有限单元法对理论计算结果进行了验证。结果表明,理论计算结果与模拟结果相比,最大相对偏差为9.02%,模型精度较高,可准确的预测同径异速异步轧制过程中的轧制力和轧制力矩。Asymmetric rolling is a kind of rolling method with different linear velocity on the surface of upper and lower work rollers.Compared with symmetrical rolling,asymmetric rolling has obvious shear force in the deformation zone,which can promote the transfer of deformation to the center,thus improve the deformation uniformity in the thickness direction and the uniformity of microstructure.In the process of rolling mill design andformulating technologicalparameters,accurate rolling force energy parameter model is needed.Therefore,it is necessary to establish asymmetric rolling force energy parameter model.In this paper,the analytical models of rolling force and rolling torque in the asymmetric rolling were established by energy method,and the theoretical calculation results were verified by finite element method.The results show that,compared with the simulation results,the maximum relative deviation is 9.02%.The model has high accuracy that can accuratelypredict the rolling force and rolling torque in this asymmetric rolling process.
