摘  要:针对欧洲板坯连铸供货商为某钢厂建造的板坯连铸机结晶器、垂直段及弯曲段对弧误差大,造成生产不稳定、铸坯质量差的问题,本文提出了改进方案,取消结晶器导柱插入垂直段外弧上部导轮内的结构,取消垂直段下部坐轴,在其外弧上部两侧增设支撑轴,内弧沿用原设计将平面支撑改为弧面支撑,使垂直段在安装结构上,彻底脱离与结晶器和弯曲段的关系。并采用Solidworks软件对四种方案进行计算验证、选优。生产实践表明,改造后的连铸机在利旧原有备件的情况下设备性能稳定,铸坯质量优良,为连铸机关键部位的设备改造树立了典范。In order to solve the problems of unstable production and poor quality of cast slabs caused by large arc errors of the machine mold,vertical section and bending section of continuous casting slab,a new improvement plan was proposed in this manuscript.The structure inserted into guide wheel of the vertical segment and the lower axle of the vertical section were removed,respectively.The new supporting shaft was provided on both sides of the upper part of the outside curve.The original design of inner curve was followed,which changed the plane support to cambered surface support.As a result,the vertical section was completely separated from the mould and bender section in the installation structure.Solidworks was also used to verify the four schemes.Manufacturing practice showed that the reformed continuous caster equipment exhibited a stable performance,and produced casting product with excellent quality based on using the original spare parts,thereby sets up a model for the transformation of key parts of continuous caster.
