基于OBE理念的高校学生工程素质培养路径探究

摘  要:新工科时代工科专业需融合人文社科知识,学生工程素质的培养已成为工科院校人才培养的重要方面。通过对现代工程教育背景下学生工程素质内涵的分析,将新形势下学生的工程素质分为专业知识、思想道德品质和基本能力三个方面。针对工科优势高校中学生工程素质培养的现实问题,基于结果教育理论视角,从创新工程实践、课程体系构建和教学设计环节全面提升学生工程素质。Under new era of engineering,engineering major needs to integrate the knowledge of humanities and social science.There is no doubt that cultivating students'engineering expertise has become an important task in engineering colleges.Then,the paper tries to analyze the connotation of students'engineering expertise under the background of modern engineering education.Clearly,students'engineering expertise can be divided into professional knowledge,ideological and moral quality and basic ability.Faced with problems existed in cultivating talents,engineering expertise should become the competitive advantage based on the OBE theory.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve students'engineering expertise comprehensively such as innovation of engineering practice,curriculum system construction and teaching design.
