血清PLA2R抗体检测联合肾穿刺活组织检查在IMN治疗中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨PLA2R抗体检测结合肾穿刺活检在IMN治疗中的意义。方法选取91例IMN患者,收集患者入院时和随访的临床资料。结果 91例患者中有17例PLA2R抗体阴性(18.7%)。随肾间质损伤评分、血清PLA2R抗体水平的升高,UTP、Tc、肌酐呈升高趋势、而Alb、GFR呈下降趋势(F=3.71~17.98,P<0.05)。结论血清PLA2R抗体检测结合肾穿刺活检对IMN患者的治疗有更好的指导意义。Objective To explore the significance of PLA2R antibody detection combined with renal biopsy in the treatment of IMN.Methods A total of 91 patients with IMN were selected,and clinical data were collected on admission and follow-ups.Results Among the 91 patients,17 were negative for PLA2R antibody(18.7%).With the increase of renal interstitial injury score and serum PLA2R antibody level,UTP,Tc,and creatinine showed an upward trend,while Alb and GFR showed a downward trend(F=3.71-17.98,P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum PLA2R antibody combined with renal biopsy has a better guiding significance for the treatment of IMN patients.
