护理配合对任意心率下640层CT冠状动脉成像的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨640层CT冠状动脉成像检查中的护理配合。方法选择378例行640层CT冠状动脉成像的患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各189例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理。观察两组图像质量、护理满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组图像质量优秀率为94.18%、护理满意度为97.88%,高于对照组的73.54%、75.13%(χ^2=28.23,39.98;P<0.01);观察组不良反应发生率为7.41%,显著低于对照组的27.51%(χ^2=25.13,P<0.01)。结论在640层CT冠状动脉成像检查中,良好的护理配合能够提高图像质量及护理满意度,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To discuss the nursing cooperation in 640-slice CT coronary artery imaging examination.Methods 378 patients who underwent 640-slice CT coronary artery imaging were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 189 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given refined nursing care.Observe the image quality,nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The excellent image quality rate of the observation group was 94.18%,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 97.88%,which was higher than 73.54%and 75.13%of the control group(χ^2=28.23,39.98;P<0.01);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.41%,Significantly lower than 27.51%of the control group(χ^2=25.13,P<0.01).Conclusion In the 640-slice CT coronary imaging examination,good nursing cooperation can improve image quality and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
