摘　　要：新时代构建具有我军特色的干部工作体系对做好军队干部工作具有重大指导意义,要准确把握素质培养体系、知事识人体系、选拔任用体系、从严管理体系、正向激励体系的主要建设内容及要求,并把握好突显具有我军特色、结合部队和单位实际、坚持以人为中心、重视信息化平台建设等问题。In the new era,it is of great significance to build a cadre work system in accordance with PLA′s characteristics.It is necessary to grasp the main construction contents and requirements of the quality training system,the personnel assessment system,the selection and appointment system,the strict management system and the positive incentive system,which should be conducted by highligh-ting the characteristics of our army in combination with the actual situation of the army and individual units,adhering to the people-oriented line and paying attention to the construction of information platform.
