摘　　要：从历史发展趋势和未来战争演进看,人工智能已成为推动新一轮军事革命的核心驱动力,军事智能化的加速推进势必引起战争形态的加速转变,智能化战争应运而生。适应、超越和打赢智能化战争,需要准确把握智能化战争的特点规律、加快推动智能化作战理论的创新、构建适应智能化战争的武器装备体系、积极应对智能化战争带来的法理与伦理问题,从而全面提升有效的智能化作战能力。From the perspective of historical development trend and future war evolution,artificial intelligence has become the core driving force to promote a new round of military revolution.The acce-leration of military intelligence is bound to cause an accelerated change in the form of war,and intelligent war arises at the historic moment.To adapt to,surpass and win the intelligent war,it is necessary to accurately grasp the characteristics and laws of the intelligent war,accelerate the innovation of the intelligent warfare theory,construct the weapon and equipment system suitable for this warfare,and actively deal with the legal and ethical issues brought about by it,so as to enhance the capability of winning in an effective and comprehensive manner.
