摘　　要：2019年《政府工作报告》中提出"要继续打好三大攻坚战,精准发力、务求实效""进一步把大众创业万众创新引向深入"。面对未来乡村振兴大量而又多样化的金融需求,农商银行走好乡村振兴之路意义重大。以泉州农商银行的农村青年创业贷款为切入点,通过对银行工作人员和农村青年进行访谈,结合SPSS统计对数据建模进行因子分析,研究农村青年创业贷款的现存问题。为提升贷款效率,应加大金融宣传,提高业务效率;量化信用评级,建档精准放贷;引入保险参与,开展相关培训;争取贯彻政策,降低贷款成本。In the 2019 government work report, it is proposed that "we should continue to fight the three tough battles, make accurate efforts to strive for actual results" and "further deepen mass entrepreneurship and innovation". It is of great significance for rural commercial banks to take the road of rural revitalization well in the face of the huge and diversified financial demand of rural revitalization in the future. Through the interview of bank staff and rural youth and combining with SPSS statistics, this paper takes the rural youth entrepreneurship loan of Rural Commercial Bank of Quanzhou as the starting point, then the data modeling is conducted for factor analysis. We study on the existing problems of rural youth entrepreneurship loan under the background of rural revitalization in order to improve the loan efficiency. It is proposed to strengthen financial publicity and improve business efficiency;quantize credit rating and make accurate loan filing;introduce insurance participation and carry out relevant training programs striving to reduce the cost of loans.
