健康对流动老年人口经济参与的影响研究

摘　　要：21世纪是不可逆转的老龄世纪,流动人口是中国经济发展不可或缺的支撑力,二者交叠场域下的流动老年人口,是健康老龄化的重要聚焦群体和经济参与行为的主要潜力群体,研究健康对其经济参与的影响具有重要意义。基于2017年中国流动人口动态监测数据,实证分析健康对流动老年人口经济参与的影响。研究发现,总体、分户籍、分性别样本中,健康与流动老年人口经济参与均显著正相关;分户籍和分性别样本存在异质性,非农业户籍者和女性的弹性较大;年龄及家庭经济情况亦发挥重要影响。未来开发老年人力资源,积极应对人口老龄化,应该在实现健康资源自由流动,改善工作场域条件,建立灵活经济参与模式的过程中,推进城乡和性别维度的健康管理。The 21st century is an irreversible era of aging.The increased size of the migrants is an indispensable supportive force for China’s economic development.Under the overlapping field,the group of elderly migrants is an important part of healthy aging and economic participation improving,so it is important to study the impact of health on their economic participation.Based on the 2017 Migrant Dynamic Surveillance Survey,from the overall,rural and urban,gender study,this paper found that health and the economic participation of the elderly migrants were significantly positively correlated;rural and urban,male and female samples were heterogeneous,non-agricultural household elderly migrants and female elderly migrants have greater flexibility;age and family economic conditions also play important roles.We should promote the free flow of health resources,improve the working conditions,establish flexible economic participation patterns,to advance the health management from urban-rural integrated and gender-equal dimensions,which are feasible ways to develop the human resources of the elderly and actively respond to the population aging.
