摘 要:【目的】研究4个水稻恢复系的光温反应特性及其对主要农艺性状的影响,为亲本利用和培育广适性、高产稳产杂交稻新品种提供理论依据。【方法】以五山丝苗为对照,通过分期播种、遮光和自然光处理,分析成恢475、成恢593和成恢3018的光温反应型,并考察主要农艺性状。【结果】成恢475、成恢593、成恢3018和五山丝苗的短日出穗促进率分别是7.58%、9.38%、4.44%和8.84%,高温出穗促进率分别是6.99%、8.49%、8.00%和10.14%。在不同的光温条件下,4个恢复系的主要农艺性状有差异。在相同播期下,供试材料经长日照处理的播始历期、主茎总叶片数、株高、单株有效穗数和单株产量显著高于短日处理;在相同日照处理下,温度对4个材料的主要农艺性状的影响没有明显规律。【结论】4个恢复系的光温反应特性结果表明,成恢475、成恢593、成恢3018和五山丝苗都属于感光性弱、感温性弱、基本营养生长性强的类别,其中成恢3018的感光感温性最弱,成恢475居中,成恢593和五山丝苗最强。【Objective】In order to provide theoretical basis for the parents’ utilization and developing new hybrid rice varieties with wide adaptability and high yield and high quality, the photoperiod-temperature characteristics and its effects on main agronomic traits were studied on four rice restorer lines.【Method】Taking Wushansimiao(WSSM) as a control, the photoperiod and temperature response types of Chenghui 475(R475), Chenghui 593(R593), and Chenghui 3018(R3018) were analyzed by different sowing date, shading light treatment, and natural light treatment. And their main agronomic traits were examined.【Result】In short-day length treatment, heading acceleration percentages of R475, R593, R3018 and WSSM were 7.58 %, 9.38 %, 4.44 % and 8.84 %, respectively. And in high-temperature treatment, heading acceleration percentages of them were 6.99 %, 8.49 %, 8.00 % and 10.14 %, respectively. In different photoperiod and temperature conditions, the main agronomic traits of the four restorer lines were different. In the same sowing date, their duration from Seeding to Heading(DSH), total leaves of main stem, plant height(PH), number of panicles per plant(NP) and grain yield per plant(GY) of long day length treatment(LDLT) were significantly higher than that of short day length Treatment(SDLT). However, under the same photoperiod treatment, the effect of temperature on the main agronomic characters of four restorers was not significant.【Conclusion】The photoperiod and temperature response types of R475, R593, R3018 and Wushansimiao(WSSM) were all weak-weak-strong type. However,compared with R593 and WSSM,R475 was medium, and R3018 was weaker.
