摘 要:【目的】本文研究了陆地棉芽黄突变体的杂种优势及配合力,为后续对芽黄材料的种质创新及杂交棉品种选育提供理论依据。【方法】以4个芽黄突变材料和4个常规优良品系配制16个杂交组合,采用不完全双列杂交设计,分析F1代产量和纤维品质相关性状的杂种优势和配合力。【结果】从16个组合的竞争优势分析结果看,利用芽黄突变材料进行F1代杂种优势研究,可以提高棉花产量,尤其衣指和籽指的增加;从各亲本材料的一般配合力效应值看,芽黄突变体53-39和优良品系XNY16-1 2个材料各性状一般配合力较好,可作为优良的杂交亲本材料;就各组合特殊配合力效应而言,组合K15、K3和K10分别在衣分、纤维长度和纤维比强度性状上具有较高的特殊配合力;综合分析各组合的总配合力效应,组合K5,K13,K14,K15,K16的总配合力效应在大部分性状上表现为正向效应,组合综合表现良好。【结论】陆地棉芽黄品系和常规品种杂交,F1代的产量相关性状杂种优势明显;芽黄材料53-39各性状的一般配合力较好,且与其组配的杂交组合综合表现优良;筛选出5个杂交组合具有较高的总配合力效应,可进一步应用与杂交棉强优势组合选育研究。【Objective】This paper aimed to study the heterosis and combining ability of virescent mutant in upland cotton, which would provide the oretical basis for germplasm innovation and breeding of hybrid cotton varieties.【Method】The heterosis and combining ability were estimated for yield and fiber quality traits in F1 progenies of 16 cross combinations of upland cotton hybridized by using a 4×4 incomplete diallel cross design(NCII) with four virescent strains as female parents and four commercial strains as male parents.【Result】From the results of the check heterosis for 16 cross combinations, the utilization of hybrid in F1 generation using virescent mutant could improve yield, especially the increase of lint index and seed index;The virescent mutant 53-39 and commercial strains XNY16-1 had a positive general combining ability effect and could be used as an important parent in hybridization breeding program;On three cross combinations, K15, K3 and K10 performed quite well special combining ability in lint percentage, fiber length and fiber strength, respectively;On the comprehensive analysis of five cross combinations, i. e. K5, K13, K14, K15 and K16 performed quite well total combining ability regarding most of the 9 phenotypic characters.【Conclusion】The heterosis between virescent mutant and commercial strains might be with well potential in yield heterosis utilization;The virescent mutant 53-39 had a positive general combining ability effect and good comprehensive performance in cross combinations;The five cross combinations performed quite well total combining ability and could be further applied with hybrid cotton strong dominant combination breeding.
