摘  要:【目的】采用不同方法对我国目前在农业部登记注册的芸苔素活性物质进行系统的生物活性鉴定,为大田应用提供剂量参考及适宜的施用方式。【方法】通过水稻第二叶片倾斜法、绿豆上胚轴伸长法和小麦叶片展开法比较5种芸苔素类物质(24-表芸苔素内酯、28-高芸苔素内酯、28-表高芸苔素内酯、22,23,24-三表芸苔素内酯和14-羟基芸苔素甾醇)的生物活性,并以24-表芸苔素内酯为代表,采用叶面喷施和灌根2种方法比较研究芸苔素类物质对芹菜、大豆生长的影响。【结果】水稻第二叶片倾斜法、绿豆上胚轴伸长法和小麦叶片展开法均能有效鉴定24-表芸苔素内酯、28-高芸苔素内酯、28-表高芸苔素内酯、22,23,24-三表芸苔素内酯和14-羟基芸苔素甾醇5种化合物的生物活性。水稻第二叶片倾斜法和黄化小麦叶片展开法中,28-高芸苔素内酯活性最高,绿豆上胚轴伸长法中24-表芸苔素内酯活性最高。总体上,芸苔素类物质的生物活性表现为28-高芸苔素内酯和24-表芸苔素内酯活性较高,28-表高芸苔素内酯和22,23,24-三表芸苔素内酯次之,14-羟基芸苔素甾醇活性较低。叶面喷施1~10μg·L-1 ·24-表芸苔素内酯促进芹菜地上部生长,叶面喷施处理下芹菜株高、根长、生物量均显著高于灌根处理。24-表芸苔素内酯处理0.05~1μg·L-1范围内,叶面喷施和灌根均有效促进大豆地上部的生长,高浓度叶面喷施和低浓度灌施24-表芸苔素内酯显著提升大豆株高和地上部生物量。【结论】3种方法均能有效鉴定5种芸苔素类物质的生物活性,其中24-表芸苔素内酯和28-高芸苔素内酯生物活性较高。24-表芸苔素内酯叶面喷施和灌根均能显著促进芹菜和大豆的生长,灌根适宜浓度低于叶面喷施。田间应用芸苔素类物质应根据芸苔素类物质的生物活性和施用方式适当调整使用剂量。【Objective】Identifying the biological activity of five brassins registered in the ministry of agriculture in China by different methods, so as to give some suggestions about an appropriate dose and an application method for field.【Method】The biological activities of five brassins(24-epibrassinolide, 28-homobrassinolide, 28-epihomobrassinolide, 22, 23, 24-triepibrassinolide and 14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid) by the methods of Rice Lamina Inclination, Wheat Leaf-unrolling and Elongation of Bean Epicotyl were compared. As a representative of brassins, 24-epibrassinolide was applied to celery and soybean by spraying on the leaves and irrigating. 【Result】It was effective on comparing the biological activities of five brassins by the methods of Rice Lamina Inclination, Wheat Leaf-unrolling and Elongation of Bean Epicotyl. In the tests of Rice Lamina Inclination and Wheat Leaf-unrolling, 28-homobrassinolide showed the highest biological activity. 24-epibrassinolide was more active than others in Wheat Leaf-unrolling Test. On the whole, the biological activity of 24-epibrassinolide and 28-homobrassinolide were higher than that of 28-epihomobrassinolide and 22,23,24-triepibrassinolide. 14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid showed a lower biological activity in three tests. When applied 1-10 μg·L-1 of 24-epibrassinolide by spraying, the height and the shoot biomass of the celery were greater than those in the control groups. The height, root length and shoot biomass of celery treated by spraying with 24-epibrassinolide were significantly higher than those by irrigating. With the treatment of 24-epibrassinolide in the range of 0.05-1.00 μg·L-1, applying the 24-epibrassinolide by spraying and irrigating promoted the shoot of soybean. In the range of 0.05-1.00 μg·L-1,the plant height and shoot biomass of soybean were significantly increased by spraying with a high dose and irrigating with a low dose.【Conclusion】All the three methods can effectively identify the biological activities of five brassins, among w
