摘　　要：液压闸式剪板机使用过程中存在剪刃自动下落、剪切角不稳定、压脚动作滞后等故障。通过对上述故障的处理及分析,提出现有液压系统中的设计缺陷是导致出现以上故障的主要原因。提出了液压系统的改进方案,重新设计了液压原理图并安装调试。During the operation Hydraulic Gate type Shears,there are faults such as cutting edge falls automatically,shear angle instability and presser foot action lag.Through the processing and analysis of the above equipment failures,It is pointed out that the design defects in the existing hydraulic system are the main reasons for the above failures.Proposed an improvement plan for the hydraulic system,redesigned the hydraulic principle,installed and debugged.
