摘 要:渤海油田石油资源以稠油为主,多元热流体吞吐是动用海上稠油资源的有效技术手段。现场注汽井多以水平井、大斜度井为主,井身结构复杂。注汽管柱在下入、注汽生产以及上提解封过程风险大。热采井注汽管柱设计是保证管柱下井安全及顺利施工的关键。本文通过空间双向弹簧元模型建立了海上热采井注汽管柱力学模型,并针对渤海油田某区块注汽井进行了应用,为该井顺利注汽提供了有利理论支持。Heavy oil is the main oil resource in Bohai oilfield,and multiple thermal fluid huff and puff is an effective technology to exploit offshore heavy oil resources.The field steam injection wells are mainly horizontal wells and highly deviated wells,and the well structure is complex.The risk of steam injection string in the process of running down,steam injection production and lifting and unsealing is high.The design of steam injection string in thermal recovery well is the key to ensure the safety and smooth construction of the string.In this paper,the mechanical model of steam injection string for offshore thermal recovery well is established by using the spatial bidirectional spring element model.The application of the model in a block of Bohai oilfield provides favorable theoretical support for the smooth steam injection of the well.
