摘 要:随着信息技术的不断提升,数字贸易在世界范围内迅速发展,相较于传统贸易模式,数字贸易将数字技术、互联网经济和国际贸易深度融合,促使全球贸易经济高效发展。本文梳理了数字贸易对贸易成本的作用机理,建立了数字贸易竞争力指标体系,运用层次分析法对贸易伙伴国家的数字贸易水平进行了测度,测算了中国与贸易国的贸易成本,在此基础上构建了以2009~2019年27个“一带一路”国家为样本的面板数据,对数字贸易与贸易成本的关系进行实证分析,并得出数字贸易水平的提升对两国双边贸易成本有显著降低效应的结论,同时稳健性检验还说明数字贸易对中国与中低收入国家的贸易成本的降低程度更加显著。In the context of the continuous improvement of information technology,digital trade is rapidly emerging around the world.Compared with traditional trade models,digital trade has deeply integrated digital technology,the Internet economy and international trade,further promoting the development of global trade economy efficiently.In this paper,the mechanism of the effect of digital trade model on trade costs is first detailed.Second,the digital trade competitiveness indicator system is established and the digital trade levels of the main“the Belt and Road”countries are measured by analytic hierarchy process.This article measures the cost of trade between China and trading partners,and builds panel data for 27 countries in 2009~2019.The empirical analysis,endogenous test and robustness test of the relationship between digital trade and trade costs show that the improvement of the level of digital trade has a significant reduction effect on the bilateral trade costs between the two countries.At the same time,the robustness test also shows that digital trade has reduced the trade cost between China and lower middle income countries more significantly.
