摘 要:为研究某乘用车型在发生侧面碰撞时是否满足国家安全标准,以有限元仿真为基础,对该乘用车进行侧面碰撞安全性分析。首先搭建整车侧面碰撞模型并设置计算参数;然后将模型的k文件导入到LS-DYNA软件中进行仿真计算;最后利用后处理软件观察整车碰撞时序图及B柱的变形模式,并参照国家侧面碰撞相关法规,发现该乘用车型存在B柱侵入量及侵入速度过大的问题,影响了汽车侧面碰撞的安全性。In order to study whether a passenger car meets the national safety standard in the event of a side impact,the side impact safety analysis of the passenger car is carried out based on finite element simulation.Firstly,a vehicle side impact model is built and calculation parameters are set.Then the k file of the model is imported into LS-DYNA software for simulation calculation;Finally,the post-processing software is used to observe the collision timing diagram and deformation mode of B-pillar,and referring to the relevant national standard on side collision,it is found that the passenger car has the problem of excessive invasion volume and invasion speed of B-pillar,which affects the safety of side collision.
