活血化瘀类中药常见不良反应分析及应对措施研究

摘　　要：目的分析活血化瘀类中药的常见不良反应,探究其应对措施。方法本研究所纳入对象选择的是2018年使用活血化瘀类中药后发生不良反应的84例患者,对其临床资料加以回顾分析,找出应对措施。结果84例患者中,有24例患者有过敏史,占总数的28.57%,其中,9例患者存在2种或以上的药物过敏史,占总数的37.50%,红花注射液使用所引发的不良反应率最高,占总数的32.14%。使用活血化瘀类中药后常见的不良反应部位以皮肤及附件为主,占总数的30.95%,其次为呼吸系统、循环系统及神经系统。结论患者使用活血化瘀类中药后可能会出现不同程度的不良反应,要想提高用药的安全性和有效性,就必须不断提高药品的生产水平及用药质量,建立完善的药品评估监测系统,做好药品监测工作。Objective To analyze the common adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and to explore their countermeasures.Methods The study subjects selected 84 patients who had adverse reactions after using traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in 2018.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed to find out countermeasures.Results Of the 84 patients,24 patients had a history of allergies,accounting for 28.57%of the total.Of these,9 patients had a history of two or more drug allergies,accounting for 37.50%of the total.The highest incidence of adverse reactions was 32.14%of the total.The common adverse reaction sites after using traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis are mainly skin and accessories,accounting for 30.95%of the total,followed by the respiratory system,circulatory system and nervous system.Conclusion Patients may experience different levels of adverse reactions after using traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.To improve the safety and effectiveness of treatment,we must continuously improve the production level and quality of drugs,and establish a comprehensive drug evaluation test.System,do a good job of drug testing.
