温病透热转气配合凉血活血在发热疾病中的应用

摘　　要：透热转气,初见于《吴医汇讲》,其中收集叶天士《温症论治》原文为:“乍入营分,犹可透热,乃转气分而解……”,为叶氏门人顾景文随师同游洞庭山时,在舟中由师口授记录整理而成。后由王孟英收入《温热经纬》,篇名为“叶香岩外感温热篇”改为“入营犹可透热转气”,以后多以此为准。本文就透热转气法配合凉血活血治疗发热疾病,探其在基层医院中的应用。Heat transfer,first seen in Wu Yihui Lecture,which collected ye tianshi"on the treatment of temperature syndrome"original text:"at first into the camp,you can still heat,but turn to air separation...",for yip gate gu jingwen with the teacher along the dongting mountain,in the boat by the master's oral records collated.After the income from Wang Mengying"warm warp and weft",the title of the article"Ye Xiangyan external warm heat"changed to"into the camp can still heat transfer",more than this will prevail.In this paper,the method of heat transfer combined with cooling blood and promoting blood circulation is used to treat febrile diseases.
