摘　　要：放射性肠炎是消化道肿瘤以及妇科恶性肿瘤患者放疗中最常见的不良反应,其主要症状为腹痛、腹泻,便次增多,里急后重,黏液、脓血便等,相当于中医学中的肠澼病。依据目前文献报道可知,现代医学治疗放射性肠炎的疗效不佳,中医药治疗放射性肠炎优势明确。文章通过介绍吴润秋教授治疗放射性肠炎的临床验案,归纳总结吴润秋教授对于中医论治放射性肠炎的心得体会,为中医临床治疗放射性肠炎提供新的思路方法。Radiation enteritis is the most common side effect of radiotherapy in patients with gastrointestinal tumor and gynecological malignancy.The main symptoms are abdominal pain,diarrhea,Stools frequency increased,tenesmus,mucus,and bloody purulent stool,such as the intestinal fistula disease in traditional Chinese medicine.According to the current literature reports,the efficacy of modern medicine in the treatment of radiation enteritis is poor,while the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment are obvious.This article introduces the clinical case of Professor Wu Runqiu's treatment of radiation enteritis,sums up the experience of Professor Wu on the treatment of radiation enteritis in Chinese medicine,and provides a new way of thinking for the clinical treatment of radiation enteritis in Chinese medicine.
