摘　　要：伊春锦是全国第五批名老中医学术继承人指导老师,行医40余年,尤其擅长治疗中医消化病。根据脾胃生理病理特性提出特色的治疗经验,同时指出病理产物(湿热、痰浊、瘀血、毒邪)的致病作用,尤其重视毒邪的致病作用,在临床治疗中,注重攻邪的同时,重视顾护脾胃,对脾胃病有显著的疗效,有一定的临床借鉴意义。Yi chunjin is The fifth batch of tutors of academic heirs of traditional Chinese medicine in China,more than 40 years of practicing medicine,especially good at treating digestive disease of traditional Chinese medicine。This paper expounds her understanding of physiology and pathology of the spleen and stomach,according to taste the characteristics of physiological and pathological characteristics of proposed treatment experience,and points out that the pathological products(hot and humid,phlegm turbidity and blood stasis and toxin factor)of pathogenic role,especially attaches great importance to the pathogenic role of the toxin factor,summarized the clinical experience,the spleen and stomach disease has significant curative effect,has certain clinical significance.
