桂枝茯苓丸合芩桂术甘汤治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察桂枝茯苓丸合苓桂术甘汤加减辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月—2020年2月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院住院治疗的CHF急性发作患者60例,随机分到对照组和观察组,各30例。2组均予西医常规治疗,观察组加用中药汤剂口服,疗程2周,观察比较2组治疗前后疗效及B型脑钠肽(BNP)、左心射血分数(LVEF)、氧合指数等观察指标的变化。结果桂枝茯苓丸合苓桂术甘汤加减辅助治疗CHF急性发作相比西医常规治疗总有效率高(P<0.05),桂枝茯苓丸合苓桂术甘汤辅助治疗相比西医常规治疗BNP、LVEF、氧合指数改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸合苓桂术甘汤加减辅助治疗CHF急性发作效果较好,可有效提高心肌收缩力。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with Lingguizhugan Decoction on acute attack of chronic heart failure(CHF)..Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given oral Chinese medicine decoction for 2 weeks.The curative effect and the changes of BNP,LVEF and FiO2 were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results the total effective rate of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with Lingguizhugan Decoction in the treatment of acute attack of CHF was higher than that of conventional Western Medicine(P<0.05).The BNP,LVEF and FiO2 of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with Lingguizhugan Decoction in adjuvant treatment were more significantly improved than those in conventional western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling pill combined with Lingguizhugan decoction is effective in the treatment of acute attack of CHF,which can effectively improve the myocardial contractility.
