中药外敷治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药外敷治疗膝关节骨关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2017年12月就诊的KOA患者60例,所有患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。观察组采用中药外敷方式治疗,对照组患者采用采用玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗。统计2组患者牛津大学膝关节评分(OKS)、膝关节活动度(ROM)评分,进行疗效判定,记录并发症。结果2组患者术后OKS评分低于术前,ROM高于术前(P<0.05);观察组术后OKS评分低于对照组,ROM高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗恢复率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷治疗KOA患者效果显著,并发症较少,能有效缓解患者疼痛,改善患者膝关节活动度,促进膝关节功能恢复。Objective To study the clinical effect of external application of TCM on knee osteoarthritis.Methods 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital were selected.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,30 cases each.The observation group was treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.OKS score,ROM score and other items of the two groups were counted to determine the curative effect,and complications were counted.Follow-up was conducted after 0.5 year.Results OKS score of 2 groups after one year of treatment were lower than those before operation,ROM was higher than that before operation(P<0.05);OKS and ROM score of observation group after one year were significantly higher than those of control group,and the recovery rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of TCM has significant effect on KOA patients with fewer complications.It can effectively relieve pain,improve the range of motion of knee joint and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
