益气养阴软坚汤对酒精性肝硬化代偿期患者的临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟益气养阴软坚汤对酒精性肝硬化代偿期患者的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在沈阳市第六人民医院综合内二科就诊的80例酒精性肝硬化代偿期患者随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例采取自拟益气养阴软坚汤进行治疗,比较2组患者的临床总有效率。结果试验组临床总有效率为95.0%(38/40),对照组临床总有效率为85.0%(34/40),试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论对酒精性肝硬化代偿期患者采取自拟益气养阴软坚汤进行治疗,效果显著,提高生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical significance of Yiqi Yangyin Ruanjian Decoction in the compensatory stage of alcoholic cirrhosis.Methods 80 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis in compensatory period were selected,40 patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy,and 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with self-made Yiqi Yangyin Ruanjian decoction.Results the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Ruanjian Decoction on the patients with alcoholic cirrhosis in compensatory period is significant,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
