疏肝益气活血方治疗慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝益气活血方干预治疗慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选择60例慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁症且中医辨证属肝郁气虚血瘀证的患者,随机分为2组,对照组(30例)为西医常规治疗组,治疗组(30例)为西医常规治疗的基础上加用疏肝益气活血方药,4周为1个疗程进行观察。比较2组的心功能、中医证候疗效,治疗前后心功能指标及抑郁评分情况。结果加用疏肝益气活血方的治疗组抑郁评分较治疗前和对照组减少(P<0.05),对照组较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗组患者的临床疗效和心功能指标均改善(P<0.05)。结论在常规纠正心衰治疗基础上加用疏肝益气活血方能提高心力衰竭合并抑郁患者的临床疗效,改善患者心功能及抑郁状态,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Yiqi Huoxue decoction in treatment of Chronic heart failure with depression.Methods A total of 60 chronic heart failure with depression patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,patients in control group were only treated with traditional western medicine,and patients in treatment group were treated with traditional western medicine and Chinese herbal medicine.The effect about before and after treatment of 4 weeks was analyzed.Results Depression scores were significantly reduced in the treatment group and no significant change in the control group.The clinical efficacy and cardiac function of the treatment group were improved.Conclusion To add Shugan Yiqi Huoxue decoction with the routine treatment in chronic heart failure with depression patients could raise the clinical effect of merge depression in patients with heart failure,and improved cardiac function in patients with depression,improved the quality of life of the patients.
