摘　　要：古往今来,在针灸临床上根据需要深刺达到效果的,也有只通过轻轻浅而刺可获成效的,除了对症下药,常常因施求的部位所限制或某些针法是以刺表皮部位为目的而必须用浅刺针法的。一般对于浅刺所用手法往往看似极易简单,然而实际上这是荒谬的认知。了解查找古代浅刺针法的相关历史文献、浅刺针法习惯的刺针手法技术和在全国医学史上的应用实践价值,做出分析。Through the ages,in acupuncture and moxibustion clinic according to the need to achieve the effect of deep acupuncture,but also only through light and shallow acupuncture can be effective,in addition to symptomatic medicine,it is necessary to use shallow needling because of the limitation of the site where the needling is applied or because some needling methods are aimed at the epidermis.The general approach to shallow stabs is often deceptively simple,but it is in fact an absurd perception,to find out the related historical literature of ancient superficial needling technique,the technique of superficial needling and its practical value in the medical history of China.
