摘 要:目的探讨厚朴汤剂对变形链球菌的影响,为厚朴作为防龋药物的临床应用提供实验依据。方法选取120只SD大鼠,采用随机数字表法分为A、B、C、D组,每组各30只。SD大鼠在出生21~23 d给予含广谱抗生素的致龋饲料,其他时间的饲料中不添加抗生素。24~27 d连续4 d给予大鼠口腔内接种变形链球菌。出生后28 d A、B、C、D组分别使用厚朴汤剂(0.3 mL)、氟化钠溶液(0.3 mL)、0.2%酸性氟磷酸钠(0.3 mL)、蒸馏水(0.3 mL)处理,1次/d,连续处理60 d。比较各组变形链球菌菌落计数,并采用keyes龋齿记分法观察各组处理方式对SD大鼠磨牙龋龋齿损害情况。结果A组变形链球菌菌落计数低于B组、C组、D组,B、C组变形链球菌菌落计数低于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C变形链球菌菌落计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组E级、Ds级、Dm级、Dx级评分低于B组、C组、D组,B、C组E级、Ds级、Dm级、Dx级评分低于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C组E级、Ds级、Dm级、Dx级评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论厚朴汤剂能减轻大鼠龋病形成,减轻龋损破坏程度,对大鼠人工龋病发生有一定的防治作用。Objective To explore the effect of Houpu decoction on Streptococcus mutans and provide experimental basis for the clinical application of Houpo as an anti-caries drug.Methods 120 SD rats were selected and divided into groups A,B,C and D by random number table method,30 rats in each group.SD rats were given cariogenic feed containing broad-spectrum antibiotics at 21-23 days of birth,and antibiotics were not added to feeds at other times.Rats were inoculated with Streptococcus mutans intraorally for 4 to 24 consecutive days.28 days after birth,groups A,B,C,and D were treated with 0.3 mL of Houpu decoction,0.3 mL of sodium fluoride solution,0.3 mL of 0.2%acidic sodium fluorophosphate,and 0.3 mL of distilled water,once a day,for 60 days of continuous treatment.The colony counts of Streptococcus mutans in each group were compared,and the keyes caries scoring method was used to observe the damage of molar caries in SD rats treated by each group.Results The colony count of Streptococcus mutans in Group A was lower than that in Groups B,C,and D,and the colony count of Streptococcus mutans in Groups B and C was lower than that in Group D,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the colony count,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the scores of Group A,E,Ds,Dm,and Dx were lower than those of Group B,Group C,and Group D,and Group B and Group C E and Ds.The scores of Dm and Dx were lower than those of Group D,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of the scores of E,Ds,Dm and Dx in Groups B and C had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Houpu Decoction can alleviate the formation of caries in rats and the degree of damage of caries.It has a certain preventive effect on the occurrence of artificial caries in rats.
