益智仁防治糖尿病肾病相关研究述评

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病存在肾气亏虚的病机,南药益智仁具有较好的补肾气功效,切中糖尿病肾病病机。本文通过理论认识、药效研究、分子机制研究、复方研究等4个方面进行梳理发现,益智仁用于糖尿病肾病的防治具有中医理论基础依据,疗效确切,其作用机制具有多途径、多靶点的生物学特点,以益智仁为主药的复方具有较高的临床应用价值。基于上述结果,分别从经验挖掘、生物学体系构建、循证证据等方面对益智仁未来研究方向进行展望。Objective To review and evaluate the preliminary studys on the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)with Alpinia oxyphylla.Methods This paper reviewed the role of Alpinia oxyphylla in DN from four aspects:theoretical understanding,efficacy research,molecular mechanism research and compound research,and looked forward to the future research direction.Results The application of Alpinia oxyphylla in DN has the theoretical basis of TCM,the curative effect is accurate,the mechanism has the characteristics of multiple channels and targets,and the compound with Alpinia oxyphylla as the main drug has high clinical application value.Conclusion Alpinia oxyphylla has clinical value in the prevention and treatment of DN.Further research could be carried out from the aspects of experience data mining,biological system construction,evidence-based medicine and so on,so as to provide more research basis for Alpinia oxyphylla to prevent and treat DN.
