摘　　要：二仙汤出自《中医方剂临床手册》,是20世纪50年代张伯讷教授创制的经方,具有温补脾肾、填精养血、调和冲任之效。近几十年来,二仙汤的研究不断进展,应用也更加广泛。本文总结了二仙汤在更年期综合征、卵巢早衰、骨质疏松、更年期高血压病、慢性尿路感染、月经病、皮肤病、风湿病、神经精神疾病及其他各科疾病的临床应用进展。“Erxian decoction”is derived from the Clinical Manual of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions and is a famous prescription developed by Professor Zhang Berne in the 1950s.It has the effects of warming the spleen and kidney,nourishing the essence and blood,reconciling the pulse.In recent decades,the research of Erxian Decoction has continued to advance and its clinical application has become more extensive.This paper summarizes the clinical application of Erxian Decoction in the treatment of climacteric syndrome,premature ovarian failure,osteoporosis,climacteric hypertension,chronic urinary tract infection,menstrual diseases,skin diseases,rheumatism,neuropsychiatric diseases and other diseases.
