摘　　要：雄激素源性脱发是临床上常见的慢性难治性疾病,近几年本病发病率呈上升趋势,且趋于年轻化,该病对美观的影响会造成一部分患者心理负担,甚至导致心理疾患。中医治疗本病历史悠久,其内、外治方法具有浓厚的传统中医特色,并能取得良好的临床疗效,该文章总结近几年相关研究,分别从其病因病机和治疗等2个方面进行分析,认为中医治疗本病有明显疗效。Androgenic Alopecia is a chronic refractory disease.The incidence of this disease has been increasing and tends to be younger in recent years.The influence of this disease on aesthetics will cause psychological burden to some patients,even lead to psychological diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating this disease.Its internal and external treatment methods have strong traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and can achieve good clinical effects.This article summarizes related research in recent years,and analyzes its etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of this disease,proving that traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of this disease.
