摘 要:三氧化钨(WO3)是经典的无机电致变色材料,具有光调制幅度(变色范围)大、稳定性好、价格低廉的优点.WO3薄膜自被发现具有电致变色性质以来,在智能窗、汽车后视镜、显示器等应用的研究十分广泛,是最具有应用前景的无机电致变色材料.本文介绍WO3电致变色薄膜的变色原理,以及从溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)制备方法和原材料改进(掺杂或复合)两方面介绍近几年制备WO3电致变色薄膜的相关工作.同时,关注WO3电致变色薄膜领域的发展趋势.Tungsten trioxide(WO3)is a classical electrochromic material,and it has the advantages of large light modulation range(transmittance change),good stability and low price.Since it was found to have electrochromic properties,WO3 electrochromic thin film has been widely studied for the applications in smart windows,automotive rear-view mirrors,monitors and so on,and now WO3 is regarded as the most promising inorganic electrochromic material.This article reviews the electrochromic principle of WO3 thin film,as well as the improvement of the properties of the WO3 electrochromic thin film in recent years from two aspects:the one is the producing process of the film prepared by the sol-gel method;the other is the improvement of the raw materials(doping or stacking).At the end of the article,the future direction in the study of the WO3 electrochromic thin film is discussed.
