摘  要:以磷酸盐法和阳离子淀粉法二步复合包覆改性磷石膏晶须,作为造纸填料进行抄纸,探讨磷石膏晶须在不同助留体系下的留着率以及纸页性能的变化情况.对白水中杂质离子进行沉淀处理,并将沉淀物与晶须按不同比例回用于造纸混合加填,研究其对填料留着率及纸页性能的影响.结果表明:复合改性后,晶须溶解度降低88.8%,留着率增幅为69.3%;当未改性晶须以CPAM1为助留剂、改性晶须以CPAM2为助留剂时,留着率分别达到52.73%和66.56%.沉淀混合物添加量为5%~10%时,在提高填料留着率的同时可使纸张具有较好的强度指标,同时有利于晶须造纸体系的白水循环.Phosphogypsum whiskers were covered modified with phosphate and cationic starch,and then the unmodified and modified phosphogypsum whiskers were used as fillers for paper-making.The retention rate of the whisker and the paper property were investigated in different retention systems.The impure ions in the white water were subjected to precipitated treatment.The sediment and whiskers were mixed and then used as a kind of filler for paper-making to study the effect of its different proportions on the retention rate of the filler and the paper property.The results showed that the solubility of whiskers was reduced by 88.8%,and the retention rate was increased by 69.3%after composite modification.The retention rates reached 52.73%and 66.56%respectively when the original whiskers were treated with CPAM1 and the modified whiskers with CPAM2 as the retention aid.Better paper strength and better filler retention rate could be realized when the amount of the mixed sediment was between 5%and 10%,which was beneficial to the white water circulation in the whisker papermaking system.
