《康寿之乡认定准则》与《长寿之乡认定准则》的比较及启示

摘　　要：面对不断加剧的老龄化趋势,在实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略背景下,北京大学"健康中国理论与实证研究课题组"提出《康寿之乡认定准则和方法》。通过研究将康寿之乡标准和长寿之乡标准进行对比,认为康寿之乡标准的提出有其科学性、系统性以及时代性,当前康寿之乡标准还有待进一步推广使用,以便更好地发挥其理论价值和实践意义。Faced with the ever-increasing aging trend, in the context of aging population national strategy, Peking university research group of "Theoretical and Empirical Research on Healthy China" puts forward the "Criteria and Methods for Recognizing Blue Zones". This study compares the standards for China Longevity County and the Blue Zones. The research believes that the standard of the Blue Zones is scientific, systematic and contemporary. The current Blue Zones standards need to be further promoted and used so as to better exert its theoretical and practical values.
